Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager-IT Software to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. The candidate must have 3-13 years of experience in IT software project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure that they are completed on time
- Track project progress and report on project status to stakeholders
- Manage project risks and issues
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that project requirements are met
- Ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-13 years of experience in IT software project management
- Experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in managing project budgets
- Experience in managing project risks and issues
- Experience in managing project teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.
