Qualifications
- At least 3 yearswork experience in project management
- Min. 3 yearswork experience in IT Enterprise Projects or service provider countries is preferred
- Min. 3 yearswork experience in pre-sales or providing IT Solution to enterprise users/customers is a plus
- Experience in IT equipment procurement and vendor management is a plus
- Handled IT Infrastructure related projects
- Preferably from IT System Integrator Companies
- Candidate mustpossessat least aBachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technologyor equivalent.
- PMP certificate holder preferred but is notrequired
- Confident in managing external vendors
- Pro-active and can work independently
- Team player and flexible
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Project Planning and Project Management
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Mandarin or Hokkien is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Responsibilities
- Manage the projects from initiation to closure.
- Accountable for project results along with the Project Sponsor.
- Work closely with IT Team to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timeline.
- Estimate resource/ time for each task.
- Project Scheduling.
- Competent to manage multiple projects with demanding timeline
- Clearly communicate the expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Resolve issues and problems throughout project life cycles.
- Ensure the changes to project scopes are approved and documented.
- Track and control the progress of projects and report the status to project
- sponsor.
- Lead and motivate the project teams on a proactive basis.
- Develop tools, repository, and processes to ensure smooth and efficient
- project management.
- Logistics processes and arrangement.
- Key Account Management to keep good relationship with key account users
