What is your missionThis pivotal member of the Executive Office Department is responsible for ensuring that all corporate projects, especially the iCARE Program _(New client onboarding)_ initiative, are executed timely and accurately. S/he must monitor the compliance of all support departments in the engagement activities geared towards client satisfaction. His/her responsibility is highly focused on the iCARE Program and other corporate initiatives set forth by the CEO or EO Manager.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
_iCARE MANAGEMENT AND MOBILIZATION _
- Overall in charge of the implementation of the end-to-end iCARE Process.
Prepare a Gantt Chart reflecting all activities that will take place during iCARE.- Coordinate, schedule, and ensure that the individual meetings between the new client and the department leaders of ISW will take place.
Facilitate the onboarding process for the new client.
- Establish him/herself as the point person for any concern during the iCARE phase of the new client.
Meets with the new client to introduce the iCARE Process and the importance of this program to them.- Set clear expectations on the support provided by ISW.
Monitor the action items and/or decision points that transpired during the iCARE sessions conducted.
- Send and retrieve CSAT survey from the new client every after iCARE sessions.
Prepare and submit the iCARE progress report every other month.- Provide feedback to identified EXCOM leaders based on the comments of the new client after the conduct of the individualized iCARE session.
Partner with Excom leaders to resolve concerns raised by the new clients.
- Report and/or escalate to EO Manager if there are concerns that are out of hand.
_PROJECT MANAGER FOR CORPORATE PROJECT INITIATIVES _
- Oversee the end-to-end completion of all corporate project initiatives.
Prepare a Gantt chart for all corporate project initiatives.- Set meetings with the project sponsor, project manager, and project team members to align expectations and success measures.
Guarantee that all identified activities in each of the corporate projects are timely accomplished and with the highest standards.
- Realign with the project sponsor if the project or activities need to be changed.
Meet with the project manager to discuss any possible adjustment in the Gantt chart as requested by the project sponsor.- Partner with the project manager to resolve any concern escalated by the project sponsor.
Escalate to the EO Manager if there are concerns that are out of hand.
- Submits bi-weekly report to project sponsor and/or Executive Office Manager reflecting the status of the projects handled.
Ensure that the projects will be completed with high standards and will meet the set success measure.
_RISK AND CLIENT LOSS PREVENTION SUPPORT _- Monitor the uploading of data in the CRM database ensuring that all is complete and updated.
Partner with CSMs and the support leaders in making sure that the concerns and requests of the clients, as encoded by the CSMs in the database, are attended to properly.
- Prepare weekly reporting and analyze the data on client satisfaction based on the info encoded in the CRM database.
Cohort with the VP of Client Services, EO Manager, and/or CEO for any foreseen risk that may lead to client loss.- Identify and report any possible risk that may affect the relationship between ISW and its clients.
_EXECUTIVE OFFICE PROJECTS MONITORING _- Check the completion of all EO engagement activities.
Prepare and submit weekly progress reports detailing completion status for scheduled engagement activities.

- Graduate of any 4-year course
3 years of experience in managing various interdisciplinary projects- 2 years of experience working in a BPO set-up
Has strong project management skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills- Has strong data mining and analytics skills
Proficient in various computer software programs; Excellent skills in Excel.
Able to multitask- Can work with minimal supervision
