Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including team members and external vendors, to meet project milestones and objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and senior management. Provide regular project updates and reports on project status, risks, and accomplishments.
Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and objectives while assessing their potential impact on project outcomes.- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Continuously monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that business-led projects meet quality standards and align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, track budget utilization, and ensure projects are delivered within approved budget limits.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, leveraging insights from completed projects to enhance future project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully leading and delivering business-led projects.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional project teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to handle project complexities.

Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and vendor management.
