A Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Experience building structures, particularly steel structures, and railway station construction.
Oversees and monitors the daily work operations and overall progress in the job site.- Collaborates with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
Communicate and cooperate with owners, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to promote the better implementation of the project
- Plans all construction operations and schedules intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
Reviews the project to determine if everything is done according to plan.- Develops a detailed project plan to track progress.
Supervises the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and guides them when needed.
- Evaluates progress and prepares detailed reports regarding the status of the job site.
Performs other related tasks from time to time as instructed.
