Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is exceptionally skilled in using Monday.com and adept at generating insightful reports. As a pivotal member of our team, your role will involve managing various projects, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining a high standard of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Utilize Monday.com for project tracking, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Generate comprehensive reports to provide insights and updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with agency standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative or related industry.
- Expertise in using Monday.com for project management.
- Strong skills in report generation and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
