- We are looking for a very reliable and competent PROJECT MANAGER with considerable number of years of work experience. He is a Licensed Civil Engineer tasked with planning, executing, and concluding projects. As the Project Manager, he shall play a crucial role in making sure that projects are finished on schedule, within the allocated budget, and meet the expected quality standards.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the Project Staff and all assigned Project personnel. Ensuring that manpower needs are properly identified, allocated with adequate resources and efficiently deployed and utilized to meet the project requirements.
- Ensuring that all works and activities are executed accurately and efficiently accomplished on time and in accordance with Company procedures and processes.
- Executing the Project according to the tender methodology or such other approved company processes.
- Motivating and challenging the Project team and Vendors/Subcontractors to complete the Project satisfactorily at the earliest possible date.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- 1. The applicant must be a graduate of B.S. in Civil Engineering with PRC License.
- Must have at least 5 -10 years of work experience as Project Manager in site development and building construction;
- Must be computer literate (with knowledge in MS Word, Excel, AUTOCAD and other vital engineering programs and software);
- 4. Willing to be assigned at the Batangas construction project;
