FILIPINAS DRAVO CORPORATION (FILDRAVO) is an Architectural and Engineering Consultancy corporation in the Philippines. It is a full-service consulting organization offering a wide range of services for clients in government and the private sector.
From project conceptualization to the preparation of feasibility studies, engineering planning and detailing and construction management and operations, FILDRAVO responds timely and creatively to our client's needs and the attainment of their objectives. Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Architect or Civil Engineer by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for at least ten (10) years.
At least ten (10) years of experience in the design of office buildings and project management of office building construction and office fit-out .
Must be a member in good standing of the applicable professional board.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
o Oversee the entire construction project from inception to completion.
o Coordinate with DFA, architects, engineers, and contractors.
o Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
o Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
o Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
o Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
o Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
o Oversee contract compliance and manage changes or disputes.
o Maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency and accountability.
o Implement quality control plans to ensure high standards are maintained.
o Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify quality.
o Address any deviations from quality standards.
o Ensure the project complies with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices.
o Conduct environmental impact assessments and manage mitigation strategies.
o Manage all project contracts and ensure compliance.
o Handle contract changes and variations effectively.
o Address and resolve any contractual disputes.
