As a Project Manager in the accounting and business consulting industry, you'll lead operations for our online wellness platform. This role requires a strategic mind adept in business administration, especially if you have an MBA, and over five years of project management experience. From optimizing service delivery to enhancing client experiences, you will be at the core of our operational success.

Employment type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM (Fixed weekends off)

Work setup: Onsite, Cebu City

Lead, Grow, and Make a Difference

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of coaching sessions, customer support, and platform functionality.
  
• Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of wellness coaches and support staff, fostering a high-performance work environment.
  
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and optimize service delivery, aligned with company vision.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity.
  
• Client Experience: Manage the client onboarding process and ensure high client satisfaction by addressing concerns and enhancing service quality.
  
• Budget Management: Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, and maximize profitability through cost control.
  
• Project Management: Coordinate projects aimed at enhancing service offerings, technology, and operational infrastructure.
  
• Business Continuity: Independently make strategic decisions to ensure continuity and growth.
  
• KPI Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

Your Skills, Our Growth

• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the online coaching or wellness industry
  
• Demonstrated leadership skills strategic thinker, organized, adaptable, and passionate about health and wellness
  
• Highly driven and proactive in taking initiative
  
• MBA or equivalent degree in project and operational management
  
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  
• Interest or curiosity about AI and its applications
  
• Skilled in scheduling, making appointments, and performing cold calls
  
• Confident in taking action, fluent in decision-making, and solid in execution
  
• Capable of hiring and managing team members effectively
  
• Proficient in digital platforms and tools for managing remote teams
  
• Experience in the online coaching or wellness industry preferred
