As a seasoned ITProject Manager, you'll oversee the seamless delivery and implementation of our client's Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. Your role will involve managing multiple software projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Project Delivery: Ensure project completion on schedule and within budget, guiding the journey from the initial kick-off to the final go-live moment.
  
• Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with customers, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with sales teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and uncover new service opportunities.
  
• Resource and Team Management: Partner with internal colleagues to allocate resources effectively, ensuring successful project execution and handling any necessary customizations.
  
• Process Improvement and Quality Assurance: Lead process improvement efforts to enhance project outcomes, focusing on key performance indicators like timelines, utilization rates, and customer feedback.
  
• Risk Management and Compliance: Proactively identify and manage potential project risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures, and escalating significant risks when necessary.
  
• Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure ongoing financial accountability.
  
• Change Management: Develop change management plans that guide clients through system implementations, ensuring smooth transitions.
  
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide support after implementation, manage escalations, and conduct project reviews to improve future processes.
  
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and share insights to enhance project delivery and promote team development.
  

Requirements

Equipped for Excellence in Project Management

• Proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent software implementation projects.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing customer expectations and effectively training and communicating with clients.
  
• Solid knowledge of software project management principles and methodologies, ensuring successful project delivery.
  
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Payroll, or Human Capital Management (HCM) software is a plus.
