• Lead the planning, execution, and management of multiple engineering projects, particularly technical studies on process safety, ensuring quality standards and client expectations are met.
  
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to support business objectives.
  
• Develop detailed project plans using project management tools (e.g., Asana) and ensure resource availability and proper allocation.
  
• Implement resource management strategies for efficient task allocation and timely project completion.
  
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
  
• Track project performance to ensure the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
• Review and approve project deliverables.
  
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  
• Participate in client meetings, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  
• Report and escalate issues to the operations manager as needed.
  
• Develop and deliver training programs to improve new employees understanding of company policies and project management tools.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
  

Requirements

• A degree holder in an Engineering-related course (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering) is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, specifically Waterfall.
  
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, or similar tools like Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
  
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management with an Engineering degree.
  
• 5+ years of project management experience if from a non-Engineering background.
  
• Strong understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and deliver results.
