- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Minimum of 10 years in the Construction Industry
- Must have extensive knowledge and experience in project managment, civil works and infrastructure projects
- In-depth knowledge of Civil Engineering and structural codes
- Highly competent in leading and directing project teams
- Ability to delegate tasks through clear and concise communication
