Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

• Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and regulations.

• Project Management Skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.

• Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
