Project Manager Position Available for Small Digital Agency

We seek a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our organization, you will be crucial in planning, executing, and delivering various projects, ensuring they meet all scope, time, budget, and quality requirements.

• Slack

Helpful if knowledgeable in Hubspot, Canva, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Adobe

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects from inception to completion.

- In collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, define the project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders promptly and clearly.

- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

- Use appropriate tools to plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the project's success.

Qualifications:

- Proven 5-year project management or related experience.

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program teams.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
