JOB OVERVIEW:As a _
Facility Project Manager_ at
LEAP Studios, you will play a pivotal role in turning our 2000 sqm space into a dynamic environment where founders and innovators can thrive. You will oversee the entire fit-out process, manage contracts and subcontractors, and ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to our standards. Post-construction, you will transition into managing the facility's operations, maintenance, and any subsequent modifications.
Oversee and manage the entire fit-out process of the new Venture Studio space.
- Coordinate and manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
Manage budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiations.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Act as the primary liaison between company executives and construction teams.
- Manage the transition from construction to operational functionality.
Oversee ongoing maintenance and facility management post-construction.- Address any issues related to the physical space, including emergency repairs and
upgrades.
Proven experience in facility management or construction project management.
- Strong understanding of construction, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.- Knowledge of legal guidelines in construction and facility management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- SALARY: 30,000 Pesos Per Month
- BENEFIT: 5,000 Pesos Food and Transportation Allowance
- WORK DURATION: 12 Month Contract
