Job Requirements- Work with all departments (client teams and communication) to coordinate, schedule and track all elements of the project
Triage the requirements of H&B to assess delivery approach- Primary liaison between H&B internal clients and GRC production designers
Provide accurate turnaround time estimates and project status of assigned work, using JIRA, Workfront Proof, etc.
- Review work from GRC to ensure edits are well handled prior to hand-off to H&B
Monitor and inform internal team of all ongoing projects and incoming job requests- Effectively manage a high volume of assignments and tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years relevant work experience
Self-starter who works well independently
- Organized, detailed and follows consistent processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Experience in project management and supervision- Experienced in copy editing and proofing with an eye for design
Working knowledge of employee benefits and/or health care is a plus
- Exceptional computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
Experienced in interfacing with internal and external clients- Ability to multi-task while working both independently and with a team
Have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with InDesign and/or Workfront Proof (ProofHQ) is a plus- Have a co-ownership and co-accountability attitude over projects
