Job Specification:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer
Licensed Civil Engineer- Amenable for a Project Based Position (1-2 years)
With at least 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or as a project manager
- With good leadership and communication skill
Has expertise on civil works, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Job Description:- Working with different contractors, engineers and architects to determine the scope of work and deliverables.
Calculating the projected costs needed to deliver a project.
- Managing the project costs and negotiating prices to stay within budget.
Managing and obtaining paperwork such as permits, approvals and other construction requirements.- Planning construction timetables and ensuring projects are on time.
Reporting on a project's progress.
- Coordinating efforts and managing relationships with subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
Willing to train fresh graduate subordinates, staff.
