College Degree Holder, BS Mechanical Engineer
RME/PME, is a plus but not required
At least 1 year of experience
_Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:_
Must be from a technical MEP engineering background with experience of controlling multiple sites/projects.
Must have strong personality and can work under pressure.
With previous experience of managing relationships with subcontractors and clients.
Good communication (oral and written), public relations, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent MS Office skills.
With good judgement and decision-making capability.
Maintain high-level of confidentiality on sensitive cases, information and issues.
Good Math skills and has a keen eye for details.
