Job Summary
The Project Officer is primarily responsible for managing projects, providing system support and administering IT systems used by Strategic Asset Management and Sales (SAMS). The Project Officer oversees the planning, execution and monitoring of all project activities. The Project Officer works closely with other teams to identify system enhancements, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure the systems function properly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Data Administrator of PMSystem (PMS)- facilitates all the activities and improvements for the PMS with the assistance of ISG counterpart; acts as the data administrator for both PM (ROPA) and LM (Leasing) both under the PMS; liaison between users and ISG; responsible for data parameters of the system.
- Point person for system-related audit and document system processes.
- Administrator of a Website- responsible for administering user access and adding needed parameters in the website as well as renewal of all required certificates and domain name; acts as a point person for all website-related concerns and coordinates with the service provider to ensure the website is running smoothly.
- Ensure the smooth usage and functionality of SAMS-related and other Unibank support systems (i.e. LAN, MyeHR, MS365, AOR, EPROC, GENOFC, ALS, Mobius, AML-Connect Direct, etc) and resolution of system-related problems to be elevated to concerned system units of the Bank.
- Develop projects/initiatives which include the preparation of test case scenarios.
- Monitor the progress of a project and document the process
- Prepares various types of documentation including user manuals, work instructions, System Access Rights (SAR) documents, Risk Assessment documents, etc.) for assigned projects.
- Acts as a System Administrator responsible for implementing, monitoring and reviewing the definition and maintenance of data and user's access to the system
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Above-average communication skills
- Good grasp of the banking processes
