Project Manager

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee supplier acquisition and negotiation, manage events and activation projects, serve as the on-ground project lead, and ensure that all projects are reported on and budgeted for properly. The Project Manager will also be responsible for sustaining for supplier and project database, creating a project checklist, and handling all project budgeting.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead supplier acquisition and negotiation for all marketing projects.

• Oversee all events and activation projects, ensuring that they are executed effectively and on time.

Serve as on-ground project lead, managing teams to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and to standard.

• Produce regular reports on the status of marketing projects, including progress updates, budget reports, and risk assessments.

Develop and maintain the supplier and project database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

• Create project checklists to ensure that all aspects of each marketing project are being addressed and completed.

Handle all project budgeting, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and that projects stay within budget.

• Qualifications:

At least 2-4 years of experience in the events industry as a project manager.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: Php30,

• 00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
