Requirements:

Registered Civil Engineer - - 15+ years experience in actual site construction
- - Minimum of 5 years experience in vertical structures construction (Condominium or Township Projects)
- - Having excellent construction management skills
- - Outstanding project control management skills (schedule, communications & cost control)
- - Can deliver construction project execution from bidding to hand-over
- - Possesses valid driver's license
- - Full time position, willing to start ASAP
Job Description:
- Manage the entire construction of a government housing project in Pulilan, Bulacan
- Responsible for the methods and processes in construction planning and directing of the construction execution aspect and testing and commissioning and handover of the project in order to satisfy customer's expectations.
- Over-all in charge of the construction site and is accountable for all aspects of the project
- Responsible for the schedule, cost and communications control for the project.
- Responsible for the management of personnel both technical and non- technical to be utilized on the construction of the project.
- Acts as the safety manager of the project.
- Reports to the Operations manager
- Represents the company for any higher management meetings and undertakings.
- Performs other administrative functions assigned by the management
