The
Enterprise Project Management Officer is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of assigned enterprise-wide projects, including tracking the status of system changes and maintenance-related requests, while ensuring they align with the bank's strategic goals and contribute to the overall success of the bank's initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution of the assigned enterprise-wide project(s)
- Track and report the status of the Enterprise Operations system enhancements and maintenance
- requests
- Work with IT Project manager to develop and update project plan
- Work with Business units to facilitate business requirements solicitation
- Work with the Enterprise Vendor Management team (EVM) while engaging the project vendor
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks jointly with the project team
- Lead and manage project teams effectively
- Report status or escalate critical project roadblocks to project stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements in the project management governance
- Coach and guide project management staff and project team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of relevant experience in implementing IT projects as a project team member or subject matter expert.
- 7 years of experience in project management and/or process re-engineering.
- 5 years of basic knowledge in banking processes and operations (e.g., loans, trade, treasury, cards, etc.).
