POSITION SUMMARY:
This pivotal member of the Executive Office team is responsible for ensuring engagement to all new clients of iSupport. His tasks will be focused on, but not limited to, making sure that all activities relevant to the new client onboarding process are complied by the various department leaders and that the quality of session/s conducted by the resource person are performed to the highest standards possible. In addition, he will also provide support in reports preparation, generation, and analysis as his secondary task.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.NEW CLIENT ONBOARDING
Provides support in ensuring the completion of iSupport's New Client Onboarding Process
Ensures the timely scheduling and facilitation of the New Client Onboarding
Collates and monitors the compliance of the departments to the agreed collaterals and services
Prepares Gannt Chart reflecting all activities that will take place during New Client Onboarding
Takes Charge of the Day 1 Go Live ensuring the employees attendance and all work requirements are running smoothly
Prepares and completes the New Client Onboarding Checklist
2.iCARE MANAGEMENT AND FACILITATION
Prepares the iCARE deck
Coordinates the schedule and sends the (template) deck to the leaders for their completion
Facilitates the iCARE session
Sends and retrieves CSAT survey from the new client every after iCARE session.
Prepares and submits iCARE progress report every other month.
3.PROCESS LIBRARIAN
Maintain the completion and updating of the process in the Process Library
Provides support in documenting process and creating process maps
4.REPORTS PREPARATION
Develops and produces executive reports
Communicate key findings and provide data-driven recommendations.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Graduate of any 4-year course
3 years of experience in Client Management or Project Management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledgeable in data mining and analytics
Proficient in various computer software programs; Excellent skills in Excel
Competence in processes and policies documentation and mapping
Strong presentation skills
Has strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask
Has strong problem-solving and project management skills
Can work with minimal supervision
