JOB PURPOSE
The Project Management Associates oversees the entire end-to-end project management life-cycle from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, up to project closing of assigned projects
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares the Project Plan, based on detailed project scope, requirements of project stakeholders and cross functional project team members obtained during project initiation
Coordinates with project implementation teams, vendors and/or suppliers and other concerned parties to ensure timely project delivery on time, in budget, and within required quality and standards- Coordinates and facilitates the project execution status reports and milestone monitoring and updates stakeholders
Setting-up kick-off, setup, and activation calls the stakeholders to identify the project requirements
- Coordinating with helpdesk team for data gathering and account downstream groups
Providing timely status updates to stakeholders and clients- Monitoring and driving the completion of each project engagement
Coordinates with concerned line heads and employees, third-party partners, and subject matter experts, in performing its regular duties and responsibilities
- Review the contract customer requirements andprojectscope to achieveprojectobjectives.
Facilitates the project closing procures and finalizing for approval the necessary closure reports and documents- Prepares and submits all project documentation and reports in a centralized Project Management project documents repository
Coordinates with concerned line heads and employees, third-party partners, and subject matter experts, in performing its regular duties and responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors / College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in related filed is required for this position, preferably in Real Estate project management in construction and fit out project- Required language(s): English Excellent communication skills both oral and written must be organized, willing to extend work hours
Can easily adapt into a fast-paced working environment

B. COMPTENCIES
- Proficient in Project Management and Construction Management Methodologies Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery- Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles- Knowledgeable of MS Project , MS Office applications and other project management/design programs
Knowledgeable in Local and National Permit requirements and processing
