Position: Project Management Assistant
Location: Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran, Paranaque
Work setup & shift: Day Shift / Work From Home

Your Role: Project Management Assistant

Key Responsibilities

. Listen to project meeting recordings to gain a general understanding of the projectu0027s status, objectives, and key actions. Organise meeting recordings and collate related documents of each project.
. Prepare basic reports on project status, progress, and any notable issues to report to the Head of Client Success, Operations Manager or Head of Growth when requested. Ensure updates reflect the latest project progress and any significant developments.
. Monitor project milestones and notify Project Managers of any potential delays or bottlenecks.
. Gather productivity tips, process improvements, or u0027hacksu0027 from Project Managers. Share these insights with the Marketing team for broader use and content creation.
. Coordinate meetings for multiple Project Managers, handling scheduling, invitations, attendance confirmation, and rescheduling. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items

. Experience with project management software ClickUp,
. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and an eagerness to learn new digital tools.
. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on maintaining positive client and internal relationships.
. 2+ years of experience as a B2B project coordinator/manager.
