Project Lead - BESS (Open to Expats)

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, from initial concept through to commissioning of projects.
- Identify new opportunities for BESS projects in the Philippines.
- Assess the technical and commercial viability of potential BESS projects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling project proposals and presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Secure all necessary permits and approvals for project execution.
- Liaise and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utilities, and investors.
- Oversee and manage the project development budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least5 years of experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects.
- Strong ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience working in the Philippines, with knowledge of the local regulatory landscape, is advantageous.
