Project Intern Architect

The Project Intern Architect is responsible for the delivery of required designs within cost, schedule and quality parameters agreed upon with the project proponent for the projects he is assigned to. He is also responsible and accountable for all design aspects pertaining to the specific project/s. The project architect shall be accountable to the TPD unit head and to the SBU head of these project/s. He should also provide on- call technical support to the project during the various stages of the development cycle from land acquisition, planning, construction, marketing and project turn- over.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
