_Duties and Responsibilities: _
- Responsible for assisting the project manager to complete the on-site HVAC construction coordination;
- Lead people for the completion and execution of project on site.
- Prepare materials before construction and communicate with property management to assist the project manager;
- Communicate with property management personnel during and after the construction to assist the project manager;
- Collect data on project construction acceptance and coordinate property acceptance, assist the project manager in work
- Report and escalate to management as needed
_Job Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related courses.
- Proficient in the principle of VRF system or water cooler system.
- At least 3 years of handling HVAC project.
- Project management skills is a plus.
- Able to preliminary judge the faults of the air-conditioning system and provide solutions.
- Able to deal with general air-conditioning equipment and system failures.
- Good interpersonal communication skill.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
* 13th month salary
