Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the project manager to complete the on-site HVAC construction coordination;
  • Lead people for the completion and execution of project on site.
  • Prepare materials before construction and communicate with property management to assist the project manager;
  • Communicate with property management personnel during and after the construction to assist the project manager;
  • Collect data on project construction acceptance and coordinate property acceptance, assist the project manager in work
  • Report and escalate to management as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related courses.
  • Proficient in the principle of VRF system or water cooler system.
  • At least 3 years of handling HVAC project.
  • Project management skills is a plus.
  • Able to preliminary judge the faults of the air-conditioning system and provide solutions.
  • Able to deal with general air-conditioning equipment and system failures.
  • Good interpersonal communication skill.
