Oversees and evaluates project status and control measures for proper and timely accomplishment of the project.- Oversees the actual execution of all activities and operations.
Provide daily Manpower instructions and deployment to maximize manpower productivity.
- Prepare and evaluate material requests to ensure quantity and quality
Analyze, resolve, and report incident irregularities to the management.
Qualifications- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree or professional License (Board Passer prefer but not required) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related courses.
Knowledge in Land Development, Structural, and Architectural Works.
- Excellent communication competency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge in Engineering Software but not limited to Microsoft and Google Work Tools.- At least 1-2 year experience as a Site Engineer or Site Architect.
Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
