Job Description- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end.
Develop a comprehensive project plan, track the progress of his plan, and effectively communicate the plan with the team and clients.- Oversee the implementation of project-wide safety and quality assurance controls.
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Directs and oversees the protection, efficiency, and scheduling of the delegated subcontractor's work.
Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise, and manage staff performance.- Identify any issues affecting program delivery within the area and resolve them to meet required timescales.
Specialization in Structural/ Land Development/ Architectural (finishing) is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer or Equivalent.
At least 5 years of relative work experience.- Skills in structural analysis, estimates, and budgeting.
Good communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills, results-oriented and flexible.
Latest knowledge in Project Management.- Must be willing to assign to different project sites and in a stay-in setup.
