Coordinates the proper interpretation of all technical plans and specifications.
Coordinates projects requirements as t manpower, materials, equipment and finance t all concerned units.
Oversees and evaluates project status and recommends corrective action and control measures for proper and timely accomplishment of the project.
Advises the Project Manager on the progress of accomplishments, problems and actions for the proper execution of construction.
Schedules and plans all actual construction and related works t recommend and improve proper sequencing of works for the timely completion of the project.
Coordinates with the project's design engineers and / or consultants on the technical aspects of the constructive activities
Supervises the payment for materials and works accomplished t ensure that all obligations t suppliers and subcontractors are paid.
Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishments vis- -vis budget.
Performs public relations or similar functions for matters concerning the project.
Oversees the actual execution of all activities and operations t ensure that all contract requirements are met based on the targets and policies of both the Client and the Company.
Ability t coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance.
