In charge of monitoring and checking the work progress of project ensuring compliance to quality standards, budgetary, schedule, and contract specifications.- 1) Consolidates, reviews, analyzes and monitors methodology, work plan, project budget and contract management.
2) Responsible in setting periodic targets/milestones and formulate work plan or strategies to meet targets/contract requirements.
- 3) Responsible in initiating preparation of project turnover and reconciliation of all account's collectible of projects.
4) Responsible for the overall management of project with utmost consideration on safety, quality, cost, and project schedule.- 6) Represents the company in meetings with the owner, contractors and other parties involved with the project.
- 7) Reports regularly to management regarding the status of the project and for any instructions, orders or policy management wants to implement.
- 8) Trains and grooms staff engineers.
- 9) Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

- Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Graduate of BS Architectural, must be Licensed
- Experience: With at least 5 years significant working experience, with good interpersonal skills, can work
- with minimum supervision, works well with deadlines and pressure, very good oral and written communication skills.
