Responsible for the technical work of the general contracting project department, study the drawings and ask questions, optimize the design and construction plan and technical management of the project construction.- According to the total construction period target of the unit project, write and implement the monthly target work plan, review the construction progress plan and material supply plan submitted by the construction unit, and give feedback in time if there is any problem.
Responsible for coordinating the working relationship between the on-site engineering and the company head office.
- Check the monthly completed workload, project site changes and progress photo.
Review construction plans of subcontractors and team, and coordinate technical issues between sub-contractors and team.- Responsible for coordinating the work of the manager.
Monitors employee performance on a job task assign
- Prepare and submits report to respective Department.
Create detailed engineering plans, processes and procedures for engineering staff to use.- Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects. Spreadhead various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes.
Qualifications:- Graduate of B.S. Engineering preferably
Work experience in construction related functions & government/LGU's projects.
- With experience in fabrication & steel structural.
With Basic computer skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Good Interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in new project at Bocaue, Batangas, & Cagayan De Oro.
