Project-in-Charge Job Responsibilities :- Reports to and received direction from Management.
Manages, reviews, and prioritizes the project work plans with the objective to stay on time and budget.- Provide status and progress reviews to management.
Manage and supervise the following resources: Technician/Electrician
- Manages project resources
Collaborates with commissioning engineers/sales engineers to resolve issues within individual projects- Prepares needed documents for the projects such as Materials Procurement, Requisition/Testing Report/Progress Billing.
- Project-in-Charge Job Qualifications:
ECE, EE, or Computer Engineering graduate or equivalent, with or without a professional license
Knowledgeable in Building Automation Systems (FDAS, CCTV, PA/BGM, PABX, FTTH and/or other related products.
From reputable schools with an outgoing and dynamic personality, technically inclined, with strong coordination in meeting people, and goal-oriented for project commitments.
It must be fluent in oral and written communication, aggressive in submitting required docs, hardworking, honest, and result-oriented.
General - To Handle/Manage the project within the allotted time frame and within budget without sacrificing the quality of the project and the safety of the workers is not jeopardized.
Knowledge of reading layout/plans
Must have good moral character
Hardworking and can work with less supervision
Reliable, honest, and willing to work long hours when the need arises
With at least 2 years experience in the industry
Willing to be assigned to Cebu, Manila, and Bacolod
