> Support the development of OHS policies and programs
> Advise and instruct on various safety related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc)
> Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures.
> Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
> Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives
> Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
>Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
> Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or un healthy
> Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle workers compensation claims
> Ensuring on-site efficiency and safety at all times.
Bachelor's degree in (BS)Electrical and Civil Engineering
- At least 1-2 years experience in Construction/Project Management.
Familiar with Building Materials and Estimation of Cost- Able to work under pressure and on track of the project timelines
Good verbal, written, and presentation skills (i.e can present to the board and clients)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
