Reports Directly to : Project Manager
A Project-In-Charge is responsible for the implementation and execution of technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects. They plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from mobilization to completion.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure familiarization of the project scope of work.- Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
Submits request for approval (RFA) of shop drawing and other submittals to client representatives in coordination with the technical support group.
- Coordinates updated plan references (For Construction Drawing, Construction Bulletin, and Site Instructions) to other technical departments.
Coordinates with the clients for any implications between original scope of work (bid plan) and updated plan references (FCD, CB and SI).- Prepares and coordinates with Engineering QS and Contracts department Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Secures approval of documents such as shop drawings/submittals, cost proposals, etc. from client.
- Prepares an estimation of tools, equipment, materials, and manpower schedule required to sufficiently accomplish the work.
Prepares and submits Material Order Request (MOR), Material Fabrication Report (MFR), Material Order Request - _Tools and Equipment_ (MORTE) to Production department.- Prepares and submits Requisition Slip (RS) to the procurement department for items under site installation.
Forecasts and prepares activities to ensure project accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Determines and recommends appropriate deployment of manpower for the efficiency of operations.
Supervises and directs worker to achieve the target progress of the project.- Prepares and submits project accomplishment and balances report.
Conducts site walk-through to inspect project progress and to address changes when necessary.
- Conducts accomplishment monitoring and site warehouse monitoring.
Attends coordination meetings with clients and/or consultants to address project concerns.- Prepares and submits Daily Time Record (DTR) of workers to HR and Admin Department for timekeeping and payroll processing.
Evaluates and endorses subcontractor billing to the Finance Department for processing.
- Prepares and submits progress billings to the client on a monthly basis.
Maintains monitoring and coordination of the project until full close-out.- Performs any project related tasks that may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
