Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations are met.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, utilizing Gantt charts and other scheduling tools to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and project progress.
- Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
- Supervise project staff and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
- Identify and resolve any project issues or challenges that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and design specifications.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and compliant with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or architecture industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting Gantt charts and managing project schedules.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to drive a motorcycle for site visits and project inspections (required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
