Reaching out to vendors for X Information and maybe even moving vendor over to new network- gather vendor network requirements, move over to new network test/troubleshoot as needed
PDCS- building out Meraki Dashboard Config to be compatible with Hilton Standards
Wireless/Wires CRs- Setup Wireless/Wired Connection Rooms for Hilton TV solution
IPWs- Documentation
Conf tool screenshots- Documentation
Snap Imports/Port Forwards- Device Information and management
RF Review- heatmap review and relay any information to the engineer
RMAs- reach out to support for that vendor to replace a defective device
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with engineering concepts and terminology.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
