-Graduate of Civil Engineering
- Registered Civil Engineer (PRC License)
-1-5 years in Asphalt laying and land development
-Advantage if with 40 hours Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training (COSH)
-Advance skills on MS Office, computer applications, documentation and reporting
