We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team as the Project-in-Charge. The ideal candidate will lead engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage active construction sites.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
Conduct regular project reviews and generate progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
