A person who is in charge of the implementation of finished plans, guidelines and policies to ensure efficient and accurate execution of scheduled activities and tasks on site (inline and pop-up stores, animations, kiosks and podiums).
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring of regular work activities and thorough work inspection on assigned projects involving commercial fit-out construction (inline and pop-up stores, animations, kiosks and podiums).
Monitors project status by conducting regular weekly discussion/meeting with suppliers/contractors for efficient, productive and safety aspects of the regular operations.
Provides accurate, timely and comprehensive recording, documentation and report. To follow through all damage incidents and facilitate the resolutions of the incidents in close coordination with the contractors, suppliers and mall/store admins and other parties involved.
Determines the tools & machines, finishes and materials (important) being used by the contractors and should strictly follow the staging guidelines, procedures and processes implemented by the client.
Executes installation operations plans to ensure the efficient flow of installation/construction, equipment requirement, manpower requirement and precautionary measures. Ensures that all installation/construction plans are based on the Project Model and Gantt Chart.
Prior to operations, analyze the following: a. Manpower Deployment requirement b. Tools and Consumables requirement
Initiates the conduct of toolbox meetings prior to operations.
Works regularly with Planning & Design Officer to define construction work package breakdown structure, requirements of work package content, and priority of package development.
He will do some construction and shop drawings on some days.
Coordinates with Client and Mall Representative on site
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge and skills on various areas of construction and specifically in interior fit-outs.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
- Can use AutoCad, SketchUp and Layout and any rendering software, and Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate in verbal and written form- Good People-Handling Skill
Education and Experience- A graduate of Architecture or Interior Design or Construction Technology
With at least two to three years of experience in interior fit-out or commercial construction.

- Working knowledge in construction, people and project management
