BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering Graduate
with at least 3-5 years of experience in a construction company
- JOB SUMMARY: The Project Charge directs, manages, and leads the assigned scope of works of the projects assigned to him/her. Helps in the implementation of the Project Operational Plan, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
- DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Helps prepare the Project Operational Plan which is the main planning, monitoring, and control tool of the Operations.
- In charge of the implementation of the assigned permanent scope of works of the Project Operational Plan according to the contract documents, especially the contract, plans, and specifications.
- Responsible for the controls associated with the identified risks of the assigned scope of works of the project.
- Directs and manages the assigned sub-contractor's work safety, quality, and schedule. 5. Coordinates with the Customer's representative on matters related to the assigned scope of work of the project.
- Prepares and submits project accomplishment reports.
- Prepares the supporting documents for billing based on the approved payment schedules.
- Helps in the implementation of the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
- Directs workers and evaluates actual manpower loading against the plan. 10. Recommends addition or reduction of manpower.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary
