The project in charge directs, manages, and leads the assigned scope of work of the projects assigned to him/her. Helps in the implementation of the Project Operational Plan, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.

Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; and assigning personnel to phases and elements.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; and sequencing project elements.
Adhere to project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems under tight schedules, and extreme pressure.- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Control project costs by monitoring and regulating job site expenses.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing job site accomplishments and reporting to management.
Perform the Toolbox meeting every day with the workers.- Daily Accomplishment Report, Weekly and Monthly Report.
Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence to technical issues.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to best practices.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Able to exemplify leadership by creating harmonious and productive teamwork.
