Job Summary:The Project In-Charge oversees and manages all aspects of construction projects from inception through completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project In-Charge coordinates with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project execution.
- Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to finalize project specifications.
Schedule and oversee project meetings to ensure alignment on goals and milestones.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure that all installation activities meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations and building codes.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to project plans.- Address and resolve any quality or safety issues promptly.
Team Management:
Supervise and direct on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure that project goals are achieved.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and address any issues that arise.- Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen issues.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and up-to-date.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and daily logs.
Prepare regular progress reports and documentation for review by management and clients.- Ensure proper documentation of project completion and handover procedures.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software
Autocad, Microsoft Words) and tools.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be Hard working, Fast Learner, Strong Hearted, Assertive and Proactive.
Certifications:
COSH, BOSH, Driver License (Optional)CAN START ASAP
Typically works on construction sites, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and hazardous materials.- May require occasional travel to different project locations.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
