Preparing, arranging, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects.- Formulating project criteria, assigning roles to the most capable people, and overseeing the project team.
Interacting with clients, understanding their wants and requirements, and representing them in the field.
- Performing quality control activities on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance, as well as providing project status updates.
Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants, as well as cooperating with senior engineers, to develop more effective project techniques and ensure the project's profitability.- Reviewing engineering activities and implementing appropriate corrective steps.
Developing specs for the project's required equipment.
- Creating frameworks for measuring project metrics and collecting data.
Ensure that the project complies with all applicable codes, practices, rules, performance standards, and specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.- Proven experience as a Project Engineer, with a strong background in estimating and using AutoCAD.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop accurate cost estimates and detailed technical drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
