Job Summary
This role shall be responsible for the management and overseeing of a PV Solar Project from project review, conduct of necessary engineering studies, acquisition of necessary permits and other compliances, planning, scheduling, budgeting, design preparation, procurement, construction, installation up to testing, and commissioning.
Job Description
- Oversees and communicates with internal resources (Regulatory & Compliance, Procurement, Accounting/ Finance, Engineering, Substation & Trans Line, and other departments), contractors, suppliers, and relevant government offices for the flawless execution of a PV solar project.
- Develops detailed project plan, tracks progress, and ensures resource availability and allocation.
- Inspects and accepts materials and equipment intended for the project including the workmanship of Contractors at the site.
- Leads the contract administration, contract supervision, and claims management during the execution of works.
- Look out for risks and means to mitigate them.
- Oversees site provisions for occupational safety, health, and environmental programs in each project.
- Review schedules, reports, billings, and variation orders submitted by contractors.
- Regularly communicates and reports progress and updates of the project to management, relevant government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Oversees the application of relevant permits/ compliances for the project.
- Participate in and perform special projects that will contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned and be required by the Immediate Superior.
Skills Required

Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience in construction project management.
- Having experience in developing an energy project is a plus.
- Must be willing to assign in Taguig
- Willing to render 2 Saturdays per month.
