Must be thoroughly familiar with contract documents, particularly the scope of work and the contract time- Must be familiar with Fit-out scopes, Interior Finishes, and basics of Electrical and Plumbing Works.
Ensure that the works are done in accordance with the approved plans and specification
- Monitors daily activities of projects including weather conditions and maintain a logbook as a record
Supervise activities of the project- Must have a Safety Officer Certificate
Must be able to travel to provinces for work
