Qualifications:
- Registered Mechanical Engineer with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
At least two (2) years experience as site engineer focused on project planning and implementation.- Preferably has valid driver's license and own motorcycle (allowance provided).
Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, gas line and fire suppression systems, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare project timeline, budget requirements and cost estimates as required.
Oversee, manage and direct ongoing projects according project timeline.- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to status of ongoing projects.
Perform regular site visits across different project locations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
Train and give feedback to construction workers and subcontractors.- Always ensure quality work and engineering standards are met at all times.
