A project engineer assists and reports to Senior Engineers and Project Managers. A project engineer is primarily responsible for the technical and engineering disciplines needed to complete a project. A project engineer ensures that the project is in compliance with project management processes, procedures, rules, and application within International Codes Standards.
- Duties and responsibilities
Prepares status of accomplishment (s-curves and performance indexes), work schedule, and manpower availability.
- Inspects and monitors project works accomplishments in conformance to approved plans, construction drawings, and specifications. Must be able to read and interpret documents such as technical specifications, national codes and standards, construction drawings, etc.
Conducts preparation of initial review on contractor's submissions, billings, and contractual claims.- Evaluates, proposes, and reports engineering solutions for approval of Sr. Engineers.
Coordinates with other groups regarding conducts of material testing and quality control procedures.
- Prepares reports on any change in the scope of work, variation order, extra works, and time extension.
Assists in the bidding process. Prepares evaluation of prospect bidders, and consolidation and preparation of tender documents (e.g., Invitation to Bid, Instruction to Bidders, Terms of Reference (TOR), etc.)- Perform other duties as required.
Education Graduate of Engineering ( Civil )- License Preferably with PRC License (RA 1080)
Specialized knowledge Experience in quality assurance and control procedures, quantity surveying and project management. This includes knowledge in project management software such as MS Project and P6 Primavera.
- Skills General knowledge in any engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit,
SketchUp). Proficient in MS Office application.- Abilities Must have an efficient time management
Experience Must have at least 2-3 year experience in the construction of each related field of expertise.
Availability to work overtime, weekends and holidays if needed
- Willing to work in office
Willing to do site visit if needed.

Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
